ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.  The remaning balance to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation after the 60 day period forfeits the entire rental.

A refundable deposit of £500 is required on booking to cover any damage caused to the property or its contents.

With effect from 1st May 2026 Royal Westmoreland will be operating a resort charge of approximately 200$BDS per week. This is payable directly to the Club upon collection of resort passes which entitles you to use all club amenities.

Payment by the Client to the owner of a deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm a reservation and payment of the remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to the Client's arrival.  Payment may be made by bank cheque, telegraphic transfer or international money order.  Where a booking is requested 60 or less before the Client's arrival date, full payment must be made to secure the booking.  If full payment is not made 60 days prior to the arrival the Client, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit paid will be forefeited.
